Status Explaination

Waiting for Approval

It means we are currently reviewing your order and modify it to apply the shipping fee.

Waiting for Payment

It means we are currently waiting that you send your e-transfer to pay for the order. If you encounter any issues, please send an email to [email protected]

Completed

It means that the order has been shipped. You will find the tracking information at the bottom of the page.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the goods Raredrank offers, Raredrank does not accept returns on any items. If the item arrives damaged, the carrier is responsible for the damage caused, for further details, please refer the our Return Policy.

However, if you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us and we'll try to help you as much as we can.

How long does it take to process my order?

We process orders within 48 hours from receipt of your cleared payment. Payments received after 4:00pm EST Thursday will be shipped on the following Monday Eastern Canadian time. Please note that Canadian and American holidays can bring additional delays.

Order cancellation

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it hasn't been shipped out yet. Please note if an item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Can I pay in currency other than Canadian dollars?

All of our pricing are in Canadian dollars and Square will automatically convert the amount to your currency of choice.
